Bonus Weekend Podcast: Valentine's Day Advice, Recipes, and Stories

The Leonard Lopate Show | Feb 11, 2017

Next Tuesday is Valentine’s Day, and last week we tried to give you a head start on the holiday during my Lopate and Locavores Greene Space event with master chocolatier Jacques Torres. If you weren’t able to attend, you can still watch the video on our Facebook Page. So for this Bonus Weekend Podcast, we thought we’d re-air some of our favorite Valentine’s Day interviews from over the years. In 2013, Philip Galanes offered advice on how to make the most of Valentine's Day, whether you’re single or in a long-term relationship. In 2014, Melissa Clark talked about some of her favorite Valentine’s Day foods, like oysters, artichokes, figs and bananas. And in 2016, actress and writer Amy Sedaris told us why she loved being a waitress, especially on Valentine's Day.
