Master of Ceremonies Commander Oliver Troster introduces Reverend John L. Cunningham for the invocation.
Past Commander Seright addresses the crowd on the topic of the Bill of Rights.
Various notable members of the crowd are introduced.
Polly Honnel, first woman commander of the Wall Street post introduces the guest of honor, Judge Harold R. Medina, who addresses the crowd about the role of attorneys and the quest for justice.
