Better than Tofurkey: Melissa Clark's Alternative Thanksgiving Recipes

Not everyone looks forward to turkey at Thanksgiving. In fact, there are plenty of people who would rather make something else as the centerpiece of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Melissa Clark shares some of her ideas and recipes for alternatives to turkey. Clark is a reporter for the food department of the New York Times and cookbook writer, and her most recent cookbook is Cook This Now: 120 Easy and Delectable Dishes You Can't Wait to Make.
