Mayor La Guardia to the City of New York: It's summertime; the windows are open. Keep it down out there. The Next Big Thing this week is noise -- the hum of the city that's more than a hum. It's the noises inside our heads; it's the sound a man makes when he's harried. We've got nice sounds too, like the ones coming from Yomo Toro's cuatro. All that, plus we'll be checking out some anatomy, on The Next Big Thing.
