Bill de Blasio, mayor of New York City, takes calls from listeners and discusses this week in NYC, including Thursday's vote in the House of Representatives to pass the Republican Affordable Health Care Act, the decision that Correction Commissioner Joseph Ponte will not face discipline for using his city car for unsanctioned trips, and lowering MTA fares for low-income New Yorkers.
