Bill de Blasio, mayor of New York City, discusses the increased police presence for this weekend's marathon and for early next week while the city votes. Federal officials have warned the New York City Police Department and The Port Authority of NY and NJ about possible attacks by the al Qaeda militant group around Election Day.
