Ask Governor Murphy: Does New Jersey's governor have his eyes on Washington?

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy has been talking like someone who wants to enter the national stage.

"Where Washington has too often done too little, we have worked together to achieve so much," Murphy said during his inaugural speech to kick off his second term.
