Is America Fully Unwound?

In an interview with The Takeaway in 2013, George Packer noted the following: 

“There is a sort of rigging of the game against people who don't have access, who don't have the right connections, and who don't know how to play the system." 

Packer, a staff writer at The New Yorker, is not a supporter of President-elect Donald Trump, or a member of the alt-right. But he's been documenting what he calls the "unwinding" of America, and the formation of a new America, for years.
