Al Pacino is a Depressed Shakespearean Stage Actor

The Leonard Lopate Show | Jan 21, 2015

Actually, Pacino’s quite happy with his own dramatic stage work. But the character he plays out of Philip Roth’s 2009 novel The Humbling isn’t quite so self-assured these days. He talks to Joy Behar about the new film, about his groundbreaking roles on-screen and on stage, and a new chapter in his life.
