Civilians in the besieged Syrian city of Aleppo are reportedly not being allowed to leave after a Russian-brokered peace deal fell apart last night. Samantha Power, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, did not hold back when she addressed Iran, Russia, and Syria during a U.N. Security Council meeting yesterday.

"Are you truly incapable of shame? Is there literally nothing that can shame you? Is there no execution of a child that gets under your skin, that just creeps you out just a little bit?” Power said.
