Dr. George Simpson, of the Department of Anthropology and Sociology at Queens College, discusses a democratic policy for population control. Comparison between a democratic policy and those of other countries. By 1970 or 1980, we should reach upwards of 150 or 150 million people, after which we should begin to decline. This decline is due to the general birthrate. Voluntary parenthood is largely for the upper class. Evaluation of national defense and population policy.
