Dr. George Simpson, of the Department of Anthropology and Sociology at Queens College, discusses a democratic policy for population control. Comparison between a democratic policy and those of other countries. By 1970 or 1980, we should reach upwards of 150 or 150 million people, after which we should begin to decline.
