In her new cookbook, Radically Simple: Brilliant Flavors with Breathtaking Ease, she demonstrates how a little amount of time, simple techniques, and a limited number of ingredients can create dishes bursting with flavors. It includes 150 recipes, including 10-minute salads and soups that take less than 5 minutes.

Great topic! I learned in France many years ago that people at home eat delicious food that is pretty simple - just made with really good ingredients, real food. I really love cooking but only if I keep it simple. And I love the brilliance of other cooks, too!!!

I've seen highlights from this book online and it's not only beautiful to look at but the recipes are simple and delicious.
