Gail Collins talks with Leonard Lopate each week.
New York Times columnist Gail Collins joins us for another installment of our series looking at the outlandish things politicians have been saying and doing lately, How Did Politics in America Get So Weird?
These weird people are going to win and everyone else will have to watch while they destroy any vestige of progressive policy they can find. Great. Emigration anyone?
I don't think the debate was well run last night but the problem was not having 3rd party candidates. It's shocking to me that Gail Collins would want to suppress 3rd parties from being part of the debate - especially for those of us not thrilled with Cuomo nor Paladino.
