Caroline Giuliani Cuts Deal on Shoplifting Charge

Rudolph Giuliani's daughter has made a deal to have her shoplifting charges go away.

Caroline Giuliani will have her case dismissed if she serves a day of community service and stays out of trouble for six months. Prosecutors say it's common to offer the deal to first time, low-level shoplifters. The Harvard co-ed was arrested last month after being caught on videotape taking about $100 worth of makeup from a Sephora store on the Upper East Side.
