The claim about great wealth and nation-states is sheer nonsense. The US has gone after many so-called terrorist accounts. It has messed with Iranian, North Korean and other accounts.

IF the US wanted to clamp down on rich money-grubbers, it could do so very easily. The thing is, we are in the midst of a decades long redistribution of wealth FROM the poor and middle classes TO the wealthy.

The bailout was only the most recent and most glaring example Republicrat redistribution of wealth to the richest Americans.

As for the gripes of small businesses, like the restauranteur-caller, most evidence suggests the claims that they "would have" created jobs are little more than hand-waving.

This is not to say that Albany is doing much right. They aren't.
