Bond Splurge in NJ

Today the NJ Turnpike Authority issued $1.375 billion in bond debt - $175 million more than the Authority said it intended to raise. Not just a routine bond sale, says The Bond Buyer's Amy Resnick.  She tells the Financial 411 it's a promising sign that new, federal government-backed Build America Bonds will be a success.
