...until the legislation reconvenes in November or a special session is called for a vote this summer. Supporters of the arena say the it would be the latest stepping stone toward the renewal of the state's largest city, which was decimated by riots in the late Sixties. WNYC's Amy Eddings visited Newark, and reports that the city is on the rise…but the arena deal still faces significant risks.
