Tenement Museum v. Tenement Dwellers

In the next few weeks, a state agency is expected to decide whether the Lower East Side Tenement Museum can move forward with it's planned expansion, which would require condemning the building next door. Feelings have been heated on both sides. WNYC's Kathleen Horan reports on how this conflict is about more than just space.
