What's Next for Bloomberg and Schools?

There's nothing in writing just yet. But Mayor Bloomberg says he has an "understanding" with state leaders on a deal giving him control over the city schools. The agreement follows months of negotiations and marks the mayor's first big accomplishment since taking office this year. WNYC Reporter Beth Fertig joins us to explain the terms of the deal and what it all means.
