Yellow Cabs Seeing Red

It's been a little over a month since fares for yellow cabs went up. WNYC's Kathleen Horan went out and spoke with drivers and riders about how the twenty six percent hike is affecting them.
The Taxi and Limousine Commission won't have any official numbers about rider ship until the end of the summer.
