Einstein Look-alike Completes CUNY's Equation

Wednesday, March 09, 2005

The life and work of Albert Einstein is being celebrated by the City University Of New York's Graduate Center on the occasion of his 121st birthday.

As part of the festivities, organizers put an ad in an actor's newspaper seeking Einstein look a likes. Physicist Brian Schwartz says he was excited by the idea of a room teaming with Einsteins - but only one showed up.

SCHWARTZ: Imagine a picture of 100 Einsteins all in one place at one time but actually it seems like actors are doing better than I thought because not many showed up - although we have one gorgeous Einstein who is actually from Afghanistan.

CUNY will have a party for Einstein on Monday evening with two of his former associates who are now in their 90's.
