Where Were You When The Lights Went Out

Today marks the 3-year anniversary of the blackout that affected dozens of cities and millions of people in the eastern U.S. and in Canada.

Here in the city on August 14th, 2003 as the skyline went dark, people tried to improvise ways to get home, eat and keep cool. WNYC's Kathleen Horan went out and asked New Yorkers where they were when the lights went out.
