NJ Transit Plans for a Two-Track Hudson River Tunnel

Big plans are underway to make Penn Station a better place for commuters to come and go. But just a block away, New Jersey Transit is planning another station that would be 175 feet underground. WNYC's Matthew Schuerman reports.
