The GOP got off to a rocky start this week as Hurricane Gustav threatened to put a damper on the convention festivities. But now that the storm has passed, the Republicans are back on schedule and they're coming out swinging.
Tonight, Rudy Giuliani makes the keynote address. He's been on the attack going after what he says is Barack Obama's lack of experience.
