Is the tide turning against the mayor's plan to change city law?

The city council will vote on term limits on Thursday.

Speaker Christine Quinn placed it on the calendar, even as the momentum in the council appears to be shifting against Mayor Bloomberg's bill to change term limits so he can run for a third term next year.

According to a new poll, the once pro-Bloomberg public same is also happening amongst the public, according to a new poll.
