Council Passes Bill to Extend Term Limits

Mayor Bloomberg's extraordinary effort to get the chance to run for a third term has passed the City Council, by a vote of 29 for, and 22 against. Today's vote comes a mere three weeks after Bloomberg, a billionaire, announced his intention to run for re-election. WNYC's Bob Hennelly talks with Amy Eddings on "All Things Considered."
