Rockefeller Tree Lighting Tonight

The lights will twinkle in Midtown tonight when they flip the switch on the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. The eight-ton 72-foot Norway spruce will be illuminated just minutes before 9 p.m. It has been decorated with tens of thousands of colored lights and a giant crystal star.

This is the 76th tree-lighting ceremony.
