Senator Refuses to Confirm Roles of "Gang of Three"

Queens State Senator Malcolm Smith is refusing to confirm the new roles the so-called Gang of Three will play when the Democrats take control of the Senate next month...even though the trio has been discussing their new jobs with the media for days. Smith, the leader of Senate Democrats, dodged reporters on the subject yesterday. Karen DeWitt has more from Albany.
