Subpoenas in Encap Development Project

Federal investigators have issued a subpoena to New Jersey officials seeking more than six years of documents, records and e-mails related to a failed Meadowlands redevelopment effort known as the Encap golf and housing project. A spokesman for Governor Corzine says the state is cooperating with the request, but that the documents sought predate the current administration.
