Kerik Pleads Guilty, Faces Up To 33 Months in Jail

Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik could be looking at 2-3 years in prison, after pleading guilty to eight felonies in federal court yesterday. The plea agreement resolves all three federal trials that were pending against him. With us to talk about the fallout of what happened yesterday, is WNYC’s Ailsa Chang, who was at Kerik’s plea hearing.
