Taxi Commission Looks to Revoke Licenses of 633 Cabbies

The city's Taxi and Limousine Commission says it's gotten to the bottom of the cab meter overcharging scam. WNYC's Kathleen Horan reports that some 13,000 fewer drivers intentionally overcharged passengers than originally thought.
