New York Lawmakers Consider Moratorium on Hydraulic Fracturing

Lawmakers in Albany are considering several measures that would make New York the first state in the nation to severely restrict the controversial natural gas drilling technique known as hydraulic fracturing. WNYC's Ilya Marritz reports.
