Guitarist and King Crimson founder Robert Fripp has enjoyed a fascinating and diverse solo career, drawing on influences of minimalism as well as the stylings of such New Age players as Michael Hedges. On this edition of New Sounds, we hear the legendary English guitarist unleashing his solo electronic soundscapes in the Winter Garden atrium of the World Financial Center. This was originally heard as part of a New Sounds Live broadcast in November 1998.
