Two-time winner of the Booker Prize, Peter Carey,
discusses his latest novel, Parrot and Olivier in America.
It tells the story of an unlikely friendship between Olivier, the traumatized child of aristocrats who survived the French Revolution, and Parrot, the son of an English printer, who travel to America to explore the experiment of American democracy in the 19th century.
