Thomas E. Kennedy discusses his novel In the Company of Angels, about a Chilean exile in Copenhagen who was imprisoned and tortured by Pinochet's henchmen for teaching political poetry and a survivor of domestic abuse who and the two struggle to heal and to forgive those who have harmed them.
