Paul Shaffer talks about how he went from small-town Canada to Broadway to being the musical director of "Saturday Night Live" to leading a band every night on "The Late Show" with Dave Letterman. His memoir of his career is titled We’ll Be Here for the Rest of Our Lives: A Swingin' Show-Biz Saga.

The name Klosterman (or Kloosterman) is probably of Dutch or German origin. It means "man who lives in a monastery"
