Talking about his charisma and ability to connect to people reminded me of something that happened in the mid 1990's. He was in town and they had blocked streets. We pedestrians could not cross roads or move; we were barricaded. Everybody was mad. As his motorcade passed by people cursed and scowled. I didn't, I was the only person to wave at him. He turned to wave at me, but the car had passed - so what did he do? he turned around and reached over the people next to him and waved out the back window at me. I knew then that he was someone who had to connect with people. Sadley, it was that trait that led to some of the problems he had while in office.

Geez. Is it my imagination or does Branch really SOUND like Bill Clinton?
