When Skateboards Will be Free

Wednesday, April 22, 2009

Said Sayrafiezadeh didn't have a typical upbringing. His father was an Iranian national and his mother an American Jew who were both dedicated members of the Socialist Workers Party. He recounts his life, and a childhood spent hearing the promise of a "workers revolution," in his memoir When Skateboards Will be Free.
