Writer and director Asif Kapadia is gaining a reputation as one of Britain's most exciting new filmmakers. His ambitious first film, “The Warrior,” is a samurai story set in India. It’s just been released on DVD, along with his short film “The Sheep Thief,” which won the Jury Prize at Cannes.
