Percussionist Cyro Baptista is front man for the one-of-a-kind theatrical music troupe Beat the Donkey, which utilizes a wild mix of percussion, tap dance, martial arts, samba, jazz, rock and funk for their shows. His collaborators on tour and in the recording studio include Yo-Yo Ma, Trey Anastasio (of Phish), John Zorn, Herbie Hancock, Sting and Paul Simon.
