This guest's fear-mongering, bullying and thinly-veiled threats are counterproductive to whatever his goal is, though that as well is unclear.

His general thrust appears to be "Help us or else".

Unfortunately the comments or "the lack of" is indicative of the level of concern about the conditions in Nigeria and Africa.
