If Peter King is going to run statewide, he is going to have to account for some of the revolting things he has said in the past, including several deeply racist comments that may go over well on Long Island, but once splashed on major television will not mark him as a Sarah Palin lackwit.

Why are we considering bringing back a bunch of de facto kaput politicians? No wonder the state gets nowhere - we're rearranging the placemats on the Titanic!
