Four people were shot and injured during a dispute inside a lower Manhattan nightclub early Thursday morning, police said.

Officials said the shooting happened at 12:15 a.m. at the Sounds of Brazil Club on Varick Street.

“By the time I came everything had already occurred, but from what I’d heard, it was a real scary situation,” said Phil Mogul, 32, an audio engineer who was headed to a show at the venue.

The four victims were taken to nearby hospitals and are in stable condition, officials said.

The shooting is still under investigation, and police say they have not arrested a suspect.
