Hungry? So Were the Candidates. A 5-Boro Map of Where They Eat

WNYC

As they head into the final stretch, the candidates will need fuel.  So will you.  So here's a 5-boro map of their fave eats.

Bill Thompson frequents Dunkin Donuts.  For John Liu, it's Cuchifritos. For Joe Lhota:  Steak.  Anthony Weiner (you can't make this stuff up!) tends towards oysters.

We've asked everyone who's running for citywide office where they like to eat, what they like to eat, and we've coded it by map and boro.   So, if the choice of food in our food-obsessed city makes the difference for you, dig in!  (Reporting by Benjamin Shanahan)

Although I moved out of NYC 10 years ago (after living there for many years), I like to stay on top of what's happening in my former city (and eat in some wonderful restaurants when I visit). As a foodie, I find this map/list very interesting. But as a raw vegan, I find it lacking. Some day a raw vegan will be a candidate *somewhere*, and that will be awesome.
