This time on America’s Test Kitchen, it’s all about Paris. We speak with David Lebovitz, a former pastry chef turned food blogger who writes a popular blog about his life in Paris which features recommendations of restaurants, open air markets, recipes and tours of Paris. We’ll be tasting jarred green salsa, and we’ll investigate biodynamic wines with expert Stephen Meuse. Then we’ll head into the test kitchen to learn how to make fajitas in a skillet. And of course, we’ll be taking your calls to answer all of your cooking questions.
