Jason Charles made the trip to Flushing from Philadelphia with his 7-year-old daughter.

In between  matches, he took her to the US Open Fan Experience, where she was able to play virtual tennis with the biggest names in tennis.

Tim and Karen Wright of Rye Brook, NY, brought their two girls, Natalia, 4, and Gabriela, 2, to the tournament.

Tim says the key is making sure the kids are well rested. He also recommends eating a big meal beforehand.

Chris Bilello of Rockland County says he didn’t over-think bringing his 8-year-old son.

 “I just wanted to make sure that he would wear, like, red colors, so I could spot him, in case he got lost in the crowd,” he says.
