Brownsville Reacts to Stop-and-Frisk Ruling

WNYC's Arun Venugopal visited a four-block area in Brownsville, Brooklyn, that WNYC has identified as having the greatest number of stop-and-frisks. He talked to residents there about the federal court decision that ruled stop-and-frisk unconstitutional.
