They just the nail on the head. Yes, there is a lot of diversity in New York metro. Best education, great food, lots of fun. That is if you have the wealth. The fact is NYC has huge class divisions, and is segregated along class and racial lines

Truth & Beauty from Brooklyn

I have lived elsewhere in the US, but I was born in Manhattan.

The good: the cultural and educational diversity. There is absolutely NOTHING you can't buy, see or learn in NYC.

The bad: it is too expensive to live here unless you're a millionaire

The ugly: there are parts of NYC and things to experience here that can give a person serious nightmares.
