This is why we need strong drug laws - not so much for non-violent users- of course!

But this kind of case - you have a street gang that is terrorizing a neighborhood - they are selling drugs AND robbing people - but when they rob people, the victims are too scared to testify.

Thankfully, they can be convicted by the testimony of undercover cops on drug buys.

Otherwise- they could rob with impunity- indefinitely.
