Danny Hakim, New York Times Albany bureau chief, talks about the indictments of aides to former NY state comptroller Alan Hevesi. The indictment claims the aides turned New York’s $122 billion pension fund into a criminal enterprise.

For years now, the name Hevesi is never associated with anything good. Who is/was this guy? Where did he come from and how can we get rid of him??
